CONFIRM BEFORE ORDERING
Confirm the Portable Case Against the Actual Disposal Workflow
Portability does not replace sharps-disposal controls. Approve the
exact case against the complete used sharp, opening geometry, closure
security, carry / storage conditions, label, disposal route and any
intended reuse instructions before moving into bulk supply.
01
SKU, Capacity & Dimensions
Confirm the exact product code, 0.05L nominal format and usable internal space.
02
Complete Sharp & Opening
Verify the used lancet, pen needle or other small sharp fits without forcing or hand entry.
03
Closure, Carry & Reuse
Confirm switch states, leak / puncture evidence, transport handling and labeled reuse instructions.
04
Packaging & Disposal Path
Confirm case pack, labeling, facility or community rules and downstream acceptance.
U.S. PROCUREMENT / TRAVEL NOTE
FDA recognizes smaller travel-size sharps disposal containers and
recommends FDA-cleared sharps containers where available. For
covered workplaces, OSHA requires contaminated-sharps containers
to be closable, puncture resistant, leakproof on the sides and
bottom, and properly labeled or color coded, with routine
replacement before overfilling. Verify the exact quoted SKU,
labeling, evidence and destination disposal rules; a compact case
should not be represented as universally approved for every travel,
workplace or waste-transport scenario.
