U.S. Inventory & Fulfillment Support
U.S. Warehouse-Supported Medical Supply Fulfillment
We review the exact SKU, available inventory, delivery requirements and replenishment path before a warehouse-supported order is released.
Selected Tonmit-supplied medical consumables can be supported through U.S.-based inventory, domestic order coordination and recurring replenishment planning. We confirm the applicable product, packaging, available quantity, lot or shelf-life information where available, destination and shipping requirements before treating inventory as available for an order.
Program overview
Fulfillment support built around available inventory and repeat demand
We support qualified pharmacies, clinics, medical distributors, healthcare retailers and procurement organizations with U.S. warehouse-supported fulfillment for selected diabetes-care products, injection accessories and medical consumables.
The service is connected to products supplied through Tonmit. It is not a general public warehouse, unrestricted third-party storage service or patient-specific pharmacy fulfillment program.

Support scope
What U.S. warehouse-supported fulfillment includes
Confirm exact SKU, packaging, available quantity, applicable lot information and remaining shelf life where available.
Coordinate eligible case, carton and selected pallet quantities through the applicable U.S. warehouse arrangement.
Review shipping labels, receiving constraints, carrier requirements, tracking and delivery follow-up.
Review repeat demand, inventory targets, factory production and future warehouse replenishment for qualified programs.
Exact operational scope is confirmed for the selected product, order quantity, warehouse arrangement and destination.
Product scope for inventory review
Selected medical consumables may be reviewed for U.S. availability
Category presence is not stock confirmation. Availability is checked by complete SKU and packaging configuration.
Fulfillment pathways
We select the fulfillment path after inventory and demand requirements are defined
For selected standard SKUs where written stock confirmation supports the requested quantity and destination.
For qualified repeat programs with agreed inventory targets, release quantities and ownership or storage terms.
For future demand requiring production, international transportation, U.S. receiving and inventory updates.
For approved customer-branded programs requiring separate production, packaging control and replenishment planning.
Supply path comparison
U.S. warehouse-supported orders and factory-direct orders serve different needs
| Review point | U.S. warehouse-supported order | Factory-direct order |
|---|---|---|
| Supply basis | Available domestic inventory | New production or export inventory |
| Product range | Selected stocked SKUs | Broader available SKU range |
| Planning horizon | Shorter path where stock is confirmed | Production plus international transit required |
| Customization | Limited for existing stock | Broader private-label or packaging options |
| Best fit | Replenishment and time-sensitive standard demand | Larger, broader or customized programs |
| Confirmation required | SKU, stock, lot/shelf life and destination | Production capacity, materials, packaging and shipping plan |
Hybrid programs are possible: current demand may use confirmed U.S. stock while future demand is replenished through factory production.

Inventory & replenishment control
We connect current inventory review with future supply continuity
Current inventory review
- Exact SKU and product description
- Packaging and available case quantity
- Lot or batch information where available
- Expiration date and remaining shelf life
- Reserved, allocated and requested quantities
- Destination and expected release timing
Recurring program planning
- Current inventory and open orders
- Expected monthly or quarterly demand
- Target U.S. inventory and reorder point
- Factory production and replenishment timing
- Packaging or artwork-change schedules
- Shelf-life and slow-moving inventory risk
Forecasts are planning tools, not guaranteed purchase commitments unless the parties agree otherwise. No SKU substitution should be made without buyer approval of the manufacturer, specification, packaging and applicable documentation.

Frequently asked questions
U.S. inventory and fulfillment FAQ
Are all Tonmit products available from U.S. inventory?
No. U.S. availability applies only to selected SKUs and quantities. Exact SKU, case pack, lot information, remaining shelf life and current stock require written confirmation.
How quickly can a warehouse-supported order be delivered?
Timing depends on inventory availability, order approval, warehouse processing, shipment size, destination, receiving conditions and carrier availability. The operating references above must not be treated as a universal delivery commitment.
Can I order one box from the warehouse?
Minimum release quantities vary by product and warehouse arrangement. Some products require full-case or multi-case ordering.
Can different products be combined in one shipment?
Selected mixed-SKU shipments may be reviewed when products are available in the same applicable warehouse arrangement and meet handling, carton and shipping requirements.
Can inventory be reserved for a recurring program?
Qualified buyers with repeat demand may discuss inventory allocation or reserved-stock arrangements. Forecasts, quantities, ownership, storage and release terms must be agreed separately.
Can private-label products be held in U.S. inventory?
Selected programs can be reviewed. Customized inventory requires production planning, packaging control, demand forecasts and clear ownership responsibilities.
Is cold-chain storage included?
No cold-chain or temperature-controlled handling should be assumed. Any temperature-sensitive requirement must be disclosed and reviewed before the project is accepted.
Can you provide lot and expiration information?
Lot and expiration information may be available for applicable products and assigned inventory. State minimum shelf-life and traceability requirements before order confirmation.
