M-TYPE SINGLE-USE SAFETY LANCETS

M-Type Safety Lancets with Double-Spring Automatic Retraction

Sterile single-use safety lancets for capillary blood sampling. The M-Type family combines one-step activation, no pre-loading, double-spring needle retraction and a design intended to prevent reuse.

01 One-Step Activation

No separate pre-loading step is required before use.

02 Double-Spring Retraction

Our double-spring system completes triggering and needle retraction within 0.03 seconds.

03 Designed to Prevent Reuse

Our M-Type design is intended to eliminate reuse after activation.

M-TYPE PRODUCT DIFFERENCES

What Defines the M-Type Safety Lancet

The M-Type format combines one-step activation, a double-spring retraction mechanism, post-use reuse prevention and a tri-bevel needle tip.

01 / ACTIVATION

Twist-Off Cap & Press Activation

Twist and remove the protective cap first. Hold the device body from the sides, place the activation end against the puncture site and press to trigger the lancet.

02 / DOUBLE-SPRING SYSTEM

Rapid Puncture & Automatic Retraction

When the device is pressed, our double-spring mechanism rapidly advances the needle and automatically retracts it back into the body. Triggering and retraction are completed within 0.03 seconds.

03 / SINGLE-USE SAFETY

Single-Use Anti-Reuse Design

After activation and automatic needle retraction, the device is spent and cannot be reset for another puncture. Our M-Type design is intended to eliminate reuse.

Tri-Bevel Needle Tip

We use a specially designed tri-bevel needle tip in the M-Type family. Gauge and needle length remain the primary ordering controls for selecting the required REF.

M-TYPE PACKAGING DIFFERENCE

More Compact Packaging Than the T-Type Format

Our current M-Type format uses approximately 30% less packaging volume than our T-Type format, helping reduce storage-volume and freight-space requirements.

M-TYPE OPERATING SEQUENCE

M-Type Safety Lancet Operating Sequence

Our M-Type is used by twisting off the protective cap, holding the device body from the sides and pressing the activation end against the puncture site. Needle puncture and automatic retraction occur within the same activation cycle.

M-Type safety lancet instructions showing cap removal, press activation, disposal and capillary blood sample collection
01
Twist the Protective Cap

Hold the lancet body securely and rotate the protective cap to release it before use.

02
Pull Off the Protective Cap

Pull the loosened twisting cap straight away from the lancet body.

03
Hold the Body from the Sides & Press to Activate

Hold the device body from the sides, place the activation end against the intended puncture site and press firmly. The needle rapidly punctures and our double-spring mechanism automatically retracts it back into the device.

04
Discard — Do Not Reuse

After activation and automatic retraction, the device cannot be reset for another puncture. Dispose of it in an appropriate sharps container.

05
Obtain the Blood Sample

Press lightly along the finger toward the puncture site to obtain an adequate capillary blood sample, following the applicable procedure.
